Privacy at ReadySpace

ReadySpace collects business contact details and facility information you submit to arrange assessments, prepare quotes and manage agreed services. Please provide business information only.

No patient information

Do not submit patient names, records, photographs of patient information, or any medical information. Cleaners must not record or photograph patient records, appointment screens or other sensitive materials. Facility issue reports should describe the facility itself.

Access information

Do not enter passwords, alarm codes, door codes, lockbox combinations or other security credentials. Operational notes are for non-secret instructions only.

How information is used

Quote details are available to authorized ReadySpace administrators to respond to your inquiry. We use Supabase for database and authentication services and the configured hosting provider to run this application. We do not sell submitted information or use it for advertising profiles.

Retention and requests

We retain information as needed to respond to your inquiry and operate the service. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact your ReadySpace representative using the contact details in your assessment or service correspondence.
